Liens on the unearned portion of insurance premiums in favor of insurers (or other Persons financing the payment of insurance premiums) securing the premiums payable in respect of insurance policies issued by such insurers; provided that such Liens attach solely to returned premiums in respect of such insurance policies and the proceeds of such policies;

"Insurance Premiums" shall include all insurance premiums for all insurance policies maintained by Landlord from time to time related to the Property.

Debt owing to insurance companies to finance insurance premiums incurred in the ordinary course of business; provided that each insurance company financing such insurance premiums agrees to give the Administrative Agent not less than 30 days’ prior written notice before termination of any insurance policy for which premiums are being financed;

Liens securing insurance premiums financing arrangements; provided, that such Liens are limited to the applicable unearned insurance premiums;

Liens securing insurance premiums financing arrangements, provided, that such Liens are limited to the applicable unearned insurance premiums;

“Insurance Premiums” shall mean the premiums required to maintain insurance in the amounts and character required by Section 2.06.

Liens securing insurance premiums financing arrangements, so long as such Liens are limited to the applicable unearned insurance premiums; and

Liens securing insurance premiums financing arrangements; provided that such Liens secure only the applicable unpaid insurance premiums and attach only to the proceeds of the applicable insurance policy;

Liens granted in the Ordinary Course of Business on the unearned portion of insurance premiums securing the financing of insurance premiums;

Liens granted in the ordinary course of business on the unearned portion of insurance premiums and on any loss payment which reduce the unearned portion of insurance premiums securing the financing of insurance premiums to the extent the financing is permitted under [Section 7.02(j)];
