Liens securing insurance premiums financing arrangements; provided that such Liens secure only the applicable unpaid insurance premiums and attach only to the proceeds of the applicable insurance policy;

Liens securing insurance premium financing arrangements; provided, that such Liens only encumber the insurance premiums, policies or dividends with respect to the policies that were financed with the funds advanced under such arrangements;

Liens securing insurance premiums financing arrangements; provided, that such Liens are limited to the applicable unearned insurance premiums;

Liens securing insurance premium financing arrangements; provided that such Liens are limited to the applicable insurance policies;

Liens securing insurance premiums financing arrangements, provided, that such Liens are limited to the applicable unearned insurance premiums;

Liens securing insurance premium financing arrangements; provided that such Liens are limited to the applicable unearned insurance premiums;

Liens on insurance proceeds securing the payment of financed insurance premiums that are promptly paid on or before the date they become due (provided that such Liens extend only to such insurance proceeds and not to any other property or assets);

Liens on insurance proceeds securing the payment of financed insurance premiums that are promptly paid on or before the date they become due (provided that such Liens extend only to such insurance proceeds and not to any other property or assets);

Liens securing insurance premium financing under customary terms and conditions, provided that no such Lien may extend to or cover any Property other than the insurance being acquired with such financing, the proceeds thereof and any unearned or refunded insurance premiums related thereto.

Liens securing insurance premiums financing arrangements, so long as such Liens are limited to the applicable unearned insurance premiums; and
