Liens on insurance policies of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries and the proceeds thereof securing the financing of the premiums with respect to such insurance policies;

Liens on insurance policies and the proceeds thereof granted in the ordinary course of business to secure the financing of insurance premiums with respect thereto;

Liens on insurance policies and proceeds thereof, or other deposits, to secure insurance premium financings;

Liens on insurance policies securing Indebtedness incurred by the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary not prohibited by this Agreement to secure the payment of insurance premiums;

Liens on insurance policies and the proceeds thereof and premium refunds securing the financing of the premiums with respect thereto;

Liens on insurance policies and the proceeds thereof securing the financing of the premiums with respect thereto permitted by [Section 7.1(l)];
