The Borrower shall have delivered to the Administrative Agent certificates of insurance on ACORD 25 and 27 or 28 form and satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders, providing for adequate real property, personal property and liability insurance for each Company, with the Administrative Agent, on behalf of the Lenders, lender’s loss payee and additional insured, as appropriate.
