Shares. For purposes of this Agreement, “Shares” shall mean the common stock, par value $0.01 per share, of Holding and any other securities into which such shares are changed or for which such shares are exchanged.

“Shares” means the common stock, par value $0.01 per share, of the Company and any other securities into which such shares are changed or for which such shares are exchanged.

“Shares” means the shares of common stock of the Company, par value $0.001 per share, and such other securities as may be substituted (or resubstituted) for Shares pursuant to Section 9(c) hereof.

Stock. For purposes of this Agreement, the term “Stock” means shares of the common stock, par value $.001 per share, of the Company.
