At all reasonable times and during regular business hours and upon reasonable notice, [[Organization B:Organization]] and each [[Organization C:Organization]] shall have full access to and the right to audit, check, inspect and make abstracts and copies from each Loan Party's books, records, audits, correspondence and all other papers relating to the Collateral and the operation of each Loan Party's business, except as to any matters that may be legally privileged or subject to any obligation of confidentiality or non-disclosure on the part of any Loan Party under Applicable Laws. Agent and ​ (through any of their officers, employees, or agents) shall have the right, upon reasonable prior notice, from time to time during Borrower’s usual business hours, to inspect Borrower’s books and records and to make copies thereof and to inspect, test, and appraise the Collateral in order to verify Borrower’s financial condition or the amount, condition of, or any other matter relating to, the Collateral.
