Injunctive Relief. It is further expressly agreed that the Company will or would suffer irreparable injury if you were to violate the provisions of this [Section 7] and that the ​ Group would by reason of such violation be entitled to injunctive relief in a court of appropriate jurisdiction and you further consent and stipulate to the entry of such injunctive relief in such court prohibiting you from violating the provisions of this [Section 7].

It is furtherYou hereby expressly agreedacknowledge that any breach or threatened breach of any of the terms and/or conditions set forth in [Section 1, 2 or 3]3]3] of this Agreement will result in substantial, continuing and irreparable injury to the Company. Therefore, in addition to any other remedy that may be available to the Company, the Company will or would suffer irreparable injury if you were to violate the provisions of this [Section 7] and that the ​ Group would by reason of such violation be entitled to injunctive or other equitable relief inby a court of appropriate jurisdiction and you further consent and stipulate toin the entryevent of such injunctive relief in such court prohibiting you from violatingany breach or threatened breach of the provisionsterms of [Section 1, 2 or 3]3]3] of this [Section 7].Agreement.

Any such relief shall be in advance of and you further consentin aid of arbitration pursuant to [Section 8], and stipulatewithout first having to the entry of such injunctive relief in such court prohibiting you from violating the provisions of this [Section 7].initiate arbitration and/or empanel and arbitrator.
