Initial Term. The term of this Agreement commences on the Effective Date and continues through the fifteenth (15th) month anniversary of the Effective Date (the “Initial Term”), unless it is earlier terminated pursuant to the terms of this Agreement or applicable law.

Term. The term of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and, unless earlier terminated as provided in this Article 6, shall continue in full force and effect for fifteen (15) years thereafter (the “Initial Term”). After the Initial Term, this Agreement shall renew for successive three-year periods (the Initial Term and such period, the “Term”) unless either Party gives the other Party written notice of its desire to terminate the Agreement no less than sixty (60) days prior to the expiration of the Initial Term or any applicable successive period during the Term.

Initial Term. The Term commences on the Effective Date of this agreement and shall expire at 11:59 p.m. (Eastern Time) on the day preceding the date that is the first anniversary of the Effective Date of this agreement (“Initial Term”), subject to an extension as provided in Section 3(b), unless terminated earlier under Section 7.

Term of Agreement. Subject to the provision for early termination set forth below and in Section 5 of this Agreement, this Agreement shall commence as of the Effective Date and shall continue for a period of twelve (12) months from the Effective Date (the “Term”). Either Party may terminate this Agreement without cause with 10-days’ prior written notice.

TERM OF AGREEMENT. Until this Agreement is terminated in accordance with Section 15 hereunder, this Agreement shall be in effect from the Effective Date until the fifth (5th) anniversary of the Effective Date (the "Initial Term") and shall be automatically renewed for a one (1) year term on each anniversary date thereafter for a maximum of three (3) one (1) year renewal terms (each, a "Renewal Term").

Initial Term. Unless terminated earlier under the provisions of this Agreement, this Agreement shall continue in force from the Effective Date to December 31, 2016 (the “Initial Term”).
