Reliance on Note Register. Prior to due presentment for transfer to the [[Organization A:Organization]] of this Note, the [[Organization A:Organization]] and any agent of the [[Organization A:Organization]] may treat the Person in whose name this Note is duly registered on the Note Register as the owner hereof for the purpose of receiving payment as herein provided and for all other purposes, whether or not this Note is overdue, and neither the [[Organization A:Organization]] nor any such agent shall be affected by notice to the contrary.

Reliance onThis Note Register.is a registered Note and, as provided in the Agreement, upon surrender of this Note for registration of transfer, duly endorsed, or accompanied by a written instrument of transfer duly executed, by the registered holder hereof or such holder’s attorney duly authorized in writing, a replacement Note for the then outstanding principal amount will be issued to, and registered in the name of, the transferee. Prior to due presentment for transfer to the [[Organization A:Organization]]registration of this Note, the [[Organization A:Organization]] and any agent of thetransfer, [[Organization A:Organization]] may treat the Personperson in whose name this Note is duly registered on the Note Register as the owner hereof for the purpose of receiving payment as herein provided and for all other purposes, whether or not this Note is overdue, and neither the [[Organization A:Organization]] nor any such agent shall not be affected by any notice to the contrary.
