Information Packages and Weekly Reports. By no later than 4:00 p.m. on the second Business Day prior to each Settlement Date, or if such day is not a Business Day then on the next succeeding Business Day (and, during the continuation of an Event of Termination or an Unmatured Event of Termination, within three (3) Business Days after a request from the Administrative Agent or any Group Agent), the Servicer (or the Seller on its behalf) shall prepare and forward to the Administrative Agent and each Group Agent an Information Package, certified by the Servicer. In addition to the foregoing, at such times as # Ashland Global’s unsecured debt has a public rating from S&P below “BB-”, or # Ashland’s unsecured debt has a public rating from Moody’s below “Ba3”, the Servicer shall be obligated to prepare and forward to the Administrative

Each Borrower shall deliver to Administrative Agent and each Lender an executed loan report and certificate in Administrative Agent's then current form at least once each week, which shall be accompanied by copies of such Borrower’s sales journal, cash receipts journal and credit memo journal for the relevant period. Such report shall reflect the activity of such Borrower with respect to Accounts for the immediately preceding week, and shall be in a form and with such specificity as is satisfactory to Administrative Agent and shall contain such additional information concerning Accounts and Inventory as may be requested by Administrative Agent including, without limitation, but only if specifically requested by Administrative Agent, copies of all invoices prepared in connection with such Accounts. Provided average Excess Availability for the immediately preceding 30 day period is equal to or exceeds Five Million and no/100 Dollars ($5,000,000), the reports set forth in this [Section 9.1] can be provided monthly and shall be due within ten (10) days after the end of each month.

Weekly Reports. If a Weekly Reporting Trigger Event has occurred and is continuing, a Weekly Report not later than the second Business Day of each calendar week, calculated as of the last day of the immediately prior calendar week.

Information Packages. As soon as available and in any event not later than two (2) Business Days prior to each Settlement Date, an Information Package signed by the Servicer and for the most recently completed Settlement Period; provided, that the Administrative Agent and the Seller may modify, in any reasonable respect, the information required to be provided by Servicer in, or the form of, the Information Package.

The reporting period covered by a Weekly Report shall be the period ending on (and including) the Friday preceding the applicable reporting date and beginning on (and including) the Saturday preceding such Friday.

Information Packages. (A) As soon as available and in any event not later than two (2) Business Days prior to each Settlement Date, a Monthly Report as of the most recently completed calendar month and # during any Weekly Reporting Period, not later than the second Business Day of each calendar week, a Weekly Report as of the close of business on Friday of the most recently completed calendar week.

Weekly Reports. Section 9.1 of the Loan Agreement is hereby amended by deleting Section 9.1 in its entirety and substituting therefor the following:

Reports and Information. [[Trust Company:Organization]] shall provide the Companies with the reports specified in [Schedule 6] of the Side Agreement within the periods of time prescribed in [Schedule 6] of the Side Agreement and at no additional cost to the Companies.
