“Industry Classification Group” means # any GICS Industry Group Classification set forth in [Schedule VI] hereto, together with any such group classifications that may be subsequently established by GICS and provided by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent and # up to three (3) additional industry group classifications established by the Borrower pursuant to [Section 5.12].

“Industry Classification Group” means # any GICSof the Global Industry Group Classification Standard (GICS) classification groups set forth in [Schedule VI] hereto, together with any such group classificationsclassification groups that may be subsequently established by GICSS&P or MSCI and provided by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent​, and # up to three (3) additional industry group classifications established by the Borrower pursuant to [Section 5.12]12(a)].

“Industry Classification Group” means # any GICS Industry Group Classificationof the classification groups set forth in [Schedule VI]1.01(c)] hereto, together with any such group classificationsclassification groups that may be subsequently established by GICSMoody’s and provided by the Borrower to the Administrative AgentIssuing Bank, and # up to three (3) additional industry group classifications established by the Borrower pursuant to [SectionSection 5.12].12.
