Voluntary Bankruptcy, Etc. The commencement by Maker of a voluntary case under any applicable bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, rehabilitation or other similar law, or the consent by it to the appointment of or taking possession by a receiver, liquidator, assignee, trustee, custodian, sequestrator (or other similar official) of Maker or for any substantial part of its property, or the making by it of any assignment for the benefit of creditors, or the failure of Maker generally to pay its debts as such debts become due, or the taking of corporate action by Maker in furtherance of any of the foregoing.

Maker # applies for or consents to the appointment of a receiver, trustee, custodian, intervenor or liquidator of Maker or of all or substantially all of its assets, # files a voluntary petition in bankruptcy, # makes a general assignment for the benefit of creditors, # files a petition or answer seeking reorganization or an arrangement with creditors or to take advantage of any bankruptcy or insolvency laws, # files an answer admitting the material allegations of, or consents to, or defaults in answering, a petition filed against it in any bankruptcy, reorganization or insolvency proceeding, or # takes corporate action for the purpose of effecting any of the foregoing; or
