Waivers. Maker and each surety, endorser, guarantor, and other party ever liable for payment of any sums of money payable upon this Note, jointly and severally waive presentment, demand, protest, notice of protest and non-payment or other notice of default, notice of acceleration, and intention to accelerate, or other notice of any kind, and agree that their liability under this Note shall not be affected by any renewal or extension in the time of payment hereof, or in any indulgences, or by any release or change in any security for the payment of this Note, and hereby consent to any and all renewals, extensions, indulgences, releases, or changes, regardless of the number of such renewals, extensions, indulgences, releases, or changes.

Waivers. Maker and all endorsers and guarantors of, and sureties for, this Note waive presentment for payment, demand, notice of dishonor, protest, and notice of protest with regard to this Note, all errors, defects and imperfections in any proceedings instituted by Payee under the terms of this Note, and all benefits that might accrue to Maker by virtue of any present or future laws exempting any property, real or personal, or any part of the proceeds arising from any sale of any such property, from attachment, levy or sale under execution, or providing for any stay of execution, exemption from civil process, or extension of time for payment; and Maker agrees that any real or personal property that may be levied upon pursuant to a judgment obtained by virtue hereof, on any writ of execution issued hereon, may be sold upon any such writ in whole or in part in any order desired by Payee.

WAIVERS. All parties to this Note including Maker and any sureties, endorsers, and guarantors hereby waive protest, presentment, notice of dishonor, and notice of acceleration of maturity and agree to continue to remain bound for the payment of principal, interest and all other sums due under this Note notwithstanding any change or changes by way of release, surrender, exchange, modification or substitution of any security for this Note or by way of any extension or extensions of time for the payment of principal and interest; and all such parties waive all and every kind of notice of such change or changes and agree that the same may be made without notice or consent of any of them.

Waiver of Notice. Maker and any endorsers, guarantors and sureties of this Note, and each of them, jointly and severally hereby waive diligence, grace, demand, presentment for payment, exhibition of this Note, notice of nonpayment, notice of dishonor, protest, notice of protest, and any and all exemption rights against the indebtedness evidenced by this Note, and specifically consent to and waive notice of any renewals or extensions of this Note, whether made to or in favor of the Maker or any other person or persons and agree to any and all extensions or renewals from time to time without notice and to any partial payments of this Note made before or after maturity and that no such extension, renewal or partial payment shall release any one or all of them from the obligation of payment of this Note or any installment of this Note, and consent to offsets of any sums owed to any one or all of them by Holder at any time. The pleading of any statute of limitations as a defense to any demand against Maker or any such endorsers, guarantors or sureties is expressly waived by each and all of said parties.

The undersigned and all endorsers, guarantors and sureties of this Note and all other persons liable or to become liable on this Note severally waive presentment for payment, demand, notice of demand and of dishonor and nonpayment of this Note, notice of intention to accelerate the maturity of this Note, notice of acceleration, protest and notice of protest, diligence in collecting, and the bringing of suit against any other party, and agree to all renewals, extensions, modifications, partial payments, releases or substitutions of security, in whole or in part, with or without notice, before or after maturity.

Waiver. The Borrower, and any endorsers or guarantors of this Note, severally waive diligence, presentment, protest and demand and also notice of protest, demand, dishonor and nonpayment of this Note, and expressly agree that this Note, or any payment hereunder, may be extended from time to time, and consent to the acceptance of further security or the release of any security for this Note, all without notice to any endorsers or guarantors hereof. No extension of time for the payment of this Note, or any installment hereof, made by agreement by the Lender with any person now or hereafter liable for the payment of this Note, shall affect the original liability under this Note or the Borrower, even if the Borrower shall not be a party to such agreement.
