Costs. The parties to this Agreement shall each bear their own costs, attorneys’ fees, and other fees incurred in connection with the preparation of this Agreement.

Expenses. Each of the Parties shall bear such Party’s respective expenses, including the fees and expenses of its counsel, incurred in negotiating and preparing this Agreement.

Costs and Expenses. Except as otherwise expressly provided for herein, each Party shall bear and pay its own costs and expenses, including, without limitation, any attorney’s fees incurred in connection with the negotiation and documentation of this Agreement.

Except as otherwise noted herein, The Parties agree to bear their own costs and attorneys’ fees in connection with the negotiation of this Agreement.

Attorney’s Fees. In any dispute involving this Agreement, each Party shall be responsible for their own attorney’s fees and costs.

Attorneys’ Fees: Except as explicitly provided in paragraph 1, each Party will be responsible for paying its own attorneys’ fees, costs, and expenses arising out of the preparation and execution of this Agreement.

Costs. Each Party will bear its own costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, in connection with the preparation, execution, and delivery of this Second Amended Agreement, and in connection with the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby.

Costs. Each party shall pay his or its own costs and expenses incurred or to be incurred by each in negotiating and preparing this Agreement and in closing and carrying out the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

Expenses. Each of the parties hereto shall bear its own expenses in connection with the preparation, execution and delivery of this Agreement and the other Transaction Agreements.
