Incorporation of Terms of Transition Agreement. The Parties further acknowledge that the terms of the Transition Agreement shall apply to this Supplemental Release and are incorporated herein to the extent that they are not inconsistent with the express terms of this Supplemental Release.

Except as expressly provided in this Section 13.4, Sub-Subtenant hereby assumes and agrees to perform each and every obligation of Sub-Sublandlord under the Master Sublease with respect to the Premises. Notwithstanding the foregoing, # to the extent of any inconsistencies between the express terms of this Sub-Sublease and the terms of the Superior Leases incorporated herein by reference, the express terms of this Sub-Sublease shall control, and # Sub-Subtenant shall have no renewal or extension rights, or rights to terminate the Master Sublease, whether following a casualty or condemnation event, or otherwise.

Incorporation of Terms of LLC Agreement. This Agreement shall be subject to the LLC Agreement, the terms of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the LLC Agreement and this Agreement, the LLC Agreement shall govern.
