Reference. On and after the Amendment Effective Date, each reference in the Credit Agreement to “this Agreement,” “hereunder,” “hereof” or words of like import referring to the Credit Agreement shall mean and be a reference to the Existing Credit Agreement, as amended by this Amendment.

On and after the Amendment Effective Date,effectiveness of this Amendment, each reference in any Loan Document to “the Credit Agreement” shall mean and be a reference to the Amended Credit Agreement and each reference in the Existing Credit Agreement to “this Agreement,” “hereunder,” “hereof” or words of like import referring to the Credit Agreement shall mean and be a reference to the ExistingAmended Credit Agreement, as amended by this Amendment.Agreement.

On and after the Amendment Effective Date,effectiveness of this Amendment, each reference in the Credit Agreement to “this Agreement,” “hereunder,” “hereof”this "Agreement", "hereunder", "hereof" or words of like import referring to the Credit AgreementAgreement, shall mean and be a reference to the Existing Credit Agreement, as amended byby, and after giving effect to, this Amendment.

This Amendment Agreement shall constitute a “Loan Document” for all purposes of the Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents.

On and after the Amendment Effective Date,effectiveness of this Amendment, each reference in the Credit Agreement to “this Agreement,” “hereunder,”Agreement”, “hereunder”, “hereof” or words of like import referring to the Credit AgreementAgreement, and each reference in the Notes to “the Credit Agreement”, “thereunder”, “thereof” or words of like import referring to the Credit Agreement, shall mean and be a reference to the Existing Credit Agreement, as amended by this Amendment.

On and after the First Amendment Effective Date, each reference in the Existing Credit Agreement to “this Agreement,” “hereunder,”Agreement”, “hereunder”, “hereof”, “herein” or words of like import referring to the Credit Agreement shall mean and be a reference toimport, as used in the Existing Credit Agreement, shall refer to the Amended Credit Agreement, and the term “Credit Agreement”, as amended by this Amendment.used in any other Loan Document, shall mean the Amended Credit Agreement. This Amendment shall constitute a “Loan Document” for all purposes of the Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents.
