to interpret the terms and provisions of the Plan and to determine any and all questions arising under the Plan, including without limitation, the right to remedy possible ambiguities, inconsistencies, or omissions by a general rule or particular decision;

to interpret the Plan and to decide all matters arising thereunder, including the right to resolve or remedy any ambiguities, errors, inconsistencies or omissions. All such interpretations shall be final and binding on all parties;

To construe and interpret the provisions of the Plan and make factual determinations thereunder, including the discretionary power to determine the rights or eligibility of Employees, Participants and any other persons, as well as the amounts of their benefits under the Plan, and to remedy ambiguities, inconsistencies, or omissions, with such determinations to be binding on all parties;
