All provisions of the Agreement which are not modified by this Amendment shall remain in full force and effect as set forth in the Agreement. In the event of any inconsistencies between the terms of the Agreement and this Amendment, the provisions of this Amendment shall prevail.

All provisions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. In the event of a conflict between this Amendment and the Agreement, this Amendment shall take precedence.

Except as otherwise specifically set forth in this Amendment, all other terms of the Agreement shall remain unchanged and continue in full force and effect.

Except as specifically amended hereby, all provisions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. This Amendment shall not be deemed to expressly or impliedly waive, amend or supplement any provision of the Agreement other than as expressly set forth herein and shall not constitute a novation of the Agreement.

Miscellaneous. Other than as expressly set forth herein, the terms, conditions and provisions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect. All references to the Agreement shall hereafter mean the Agreement as amended by this Amendment. This Amendment shall be governed by, and otherwise construed in accordance with, the terms of the Agreement, as though the other provisions of this Amendment were set forth in the Agreement.

Except as modified by this Amendment, all of the terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

Except as expressly amended hereby, all terms and provisions of the Agreement are and shall remain in full force and effect, and all references to the Agreement shall hereafter refer to the Agreement as amended by this Amendment, and as it may hereafter be further amended or restated.

Except as amended by this Amendment, the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect in accordance with the terms thereof.

Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, this Amendment does not alter, amend or modify the terms of the Agreement, and all terms of the Agreement, as modified herein, remain in full force and effect.

No Further Modification. All other provisions of the Agreement will be unaffected by this Amendment and shall remain in full force and effect. The defined terms used in the Agreement have the same meanings when used in this Amendment unless otherwise indicated.
