Incentive Stock Option. An Option intended to meet the requirements of, and that qualifies for, favorable federal income tax treatment under, Section 422 of the Code, and is so designated.

“Incentive Stock Option” means an Option intended to qualify, and to receive favorable tax treatment, as an incentive stock option within the meaning of Section 422 of the Code, as designated in the applicable Award Agreement.

Incentive Stock Option. An Option that is intended to qualify as an “incentive stock option” under Section 422 of the Code.

Incentive Stock Option means an Option that is intended to meet the requirements of Code Section 422.

“Incentive Stock Option” means an Option to purchase Shares which is designated as an Incentive Stock Option and is intended to meet the requirements of section 422 of the Code.

“Incentive Stock Option” means any Option designated as such and granted in accordance with the requirements of Section 422 of the Internal Revenue Code.

"Incentive Stock Option" shall mean an Option that is intended to qualify as an incentive stock option and conforms to the applicable provisions of Section 422 of the Code.

“Incentive Stock Option” means an Option granted with the intention that it qualify as an “incentive stock option” as that term is defined for purposes of Section 422 of the Code or any successor provision.

“Incentive Stock Option” means an Option intended to qualify as an incentive stock option within the meaning of Section 422 of the Code and the regulations promulgated thereunder.

“Incentive Stock Option” means an Option that by its terms qualifies and is otherwise intended to qualify as an incentive stock option within the meaning of Code Section 422 and the regulations promulgated thereunder.
