Compensation. As compensation for the performance of the Administrator’s obligations under this Administration Agreement (including the compensation of Persons serving as Manager(s), other than the Independent Manager(s), and officers of the Issuer, but, for the avoidance of doubt, excluding the performance by ​ of its obligations in its capacity as Servicer), the Administrator shall be entitled to $100,000 annually (the “Administration Fee”), payable by the Issuer in installments of $50,000 on each Payment Date. In addition, the Administrator shall be entitled to be reimbursed by the Issuer for all costs and expenses of services performed by unaffiliated third parties and actually incurred by the Administrator in connection with the performance of its obligations under this Administration Agreement in accordance with Section 3 (but, for the avoidance of doubt, excluding any such costs and expenses incurred by ​ in its capacity as Servicer), to the extent that such costs and expenses are supported by invoices or other customary documentation and are reasonably allocated to the Issuer (“Reimbursable Expenses”).

Compensation. Pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, employee shall be entitled to receive the following compensation:

Three # weeks of vacation per annum;

Base Salary: As used in this Agreement, the term “Base Salary” refers to the annual amount of Executive’s salary, and does not include any other amounts. For example, Base Salary does not include option or incentive compensation or bonus awards. For the services to be rendered by Executive, the Company agrees to pay Executive a Base Salary of $650,000 per year effective retroactively to April 26, 2019, subject to all payroll deductions as required by law. Executive’s Base Salary shall be reviewed annually, and may be increased, but not decreased, throughout the Employment Period.

Compensation. In consideration for the Consulting Services rendered by the Consultant hereunder, the Company shall pay the Consultant compensation as follows;

Compensation. Your compensation will be $500 per hour. Please maintain accurate records of hours spent performing the services and submit monthly invoices which will be paid and processed within two weeks. You will receive an IRS Form 1099 for all compensation paid pursuant to this agreement. You will be responsible for all taxes associated with this compensation.

Compensation. During the period of his employment by the Company under this Agreement and for the covenants and obligations of the Executive contained herein, the Executive shall be compensated as follows:
