[Section 6.01(c)] of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended to substitute “7 days” with “30 days”.

[Section 6.01(i)] of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by adding the words “non-delinquent” before the word “premiums”.

[Section 6.3] of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended to read in its entirety as follows:

[Section 6.01(s)] (Use of Proceeds). [Section 6.01(s)] of the Financing Agreement is hereby amended and restated in its entirety to read as follows:

[Section 6.01(a)] of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by adding the following parenthetical immediately following the phrase “90 days”:
