Survival. The Company's and Executive's obligations under Section 6 and, to the extent provided in Section 6, the Executive's obligations under Sections 9 and 10, will survive the termination of this Agreement.

Survival. The respective obligations of, and benefits afforded to, the Company and Executive as provided in Sections 10, 14, 19 and 20 of this Agreement shall survive termination of this Agreement.

Survival. All obligations of the Company to the Executive and the Executive to the Company shall terminate upon the termination of this Agreement, except as expressly provided herein. The provisions of Sections 8, 9, 10 and 11 shall survive termination of this Agreement.

Survival. Termination of the Executive's employment whether voluntary or involuntary, whether with or without Cause, shall not relieve the Company and/or its successor # from their obligations hereunder. All of Sections 5 and 6 and shall survive the termination of this Agreement and shall not relieve the Company and/or successor from their obligations under these Sections.

Survival. The obligations of Executive and the rights of the Company, its successors, and assigns under these [Sections 6 and 7shall] survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement indefinitely with respect to Executive's non-competition, non-solicitation, and confidentiality obligations.

Survival. The covenants, agreements, representations and warranties contained in or made in Sections 4, 5, 6, 7, 9 and 10 of this Agreement shall survive any Executive’s termination of employment.

Survivability. Those provisions and obligations of this Agreement which are intended to survive shall survive notwithstanding termination of Executive’s employment with the Company.

Survival. Anything contained in this Agreement to the contrary notwithstanding, the provisions of Sections 6, 7, 8, 9, 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17, (and the other provisions of this Agreement to the extent necessary to effectuate the survival of Sections 6, 7, 8, 9, 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17), shall survive termination of this Agreement and any termination of the Executive’s employment hereunder.

Survival of Rights. Except as may be expressly provided herein, all of the Executive’s rights under this Agreement, including, but not limited to, [Sections 6(b), 7 and 9]9] shall survive the Termination of the Executive and/or the termination of this Agreement.
