[Section 2.03(e)] is amended in full to read as follows:

[Section 2.03(f)] is amended by deleting the phrase “comprised of Floating Rate Loans” and substituting therefor the phrase “comprised of Dollar-denominated Floating Rate Loans”.

[Section 2.7(a)] of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by replacing clause (A) of the proviso of such clause with the following:

[Section 2.2(b)] of the Loan Agreement is hereby amended and restated in its entirety as follows:

[Section 2.5] of the Loan Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the word “and” immediately following [Section 2.5(c)], replacing “.” at the end of [Section 2.5(d)] with “; and” and adding [Section 2.5(e)] thereto as follows:

[Section 2.04(b)] of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by adding at the end of the first sentence of such [Section 2.04(b)] and immediately before the period: “; provided that,

[Section 2.04(c)] of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by replacing the reference to “$100,000,000” in such [Section 2.04(c)] with a reference to “$200,000,000”.

[Section 2.15(e)] of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by # replacing the text “[Sections 7.2(a) through (c)]” with the text “[Sections 7.2(a) and (b)])]” and # inserting the text “other than to make any Restricted Payment” at the end of the last sentence thereof immediately before the period (“.”) appearing therein.

[Section 2.2.1] Amendment. The Agreement is hereby amended by deleting [Section 2.2.1] of the Agreement in its entirety and replacing it with the following:
