[Schedule 1.93] Targets. The Parties acknowledge and agree that the following provisions apply to Targets that shall be listed on a new [Schedule 1.93] when added to such Schedule by Merck (each, a “[Schedule 1.93] Target”):

The(as amended by this Amendment), the Parties acknowledge and agree that the following provisions applyagree: # to Targets that shall be listed onadd a new [Schedule 1.93] to the Agreement when Merck first makes a selection of a [Schedule 1.93] Target; and # that the provisions of [Section 2.5.10] (as added to the Agreement by means of this Amendment) shall apply to Merck’s right to such Schedule by Merck (each,first selection of a “[Schedule[Schedule 1.93] Target”):Target and to Merck’s right to add further Targets to such [Schedule 1.93].
