Other Benefits. During the Term, the Executive shall be eligible to participate in or receive benefits under the Companys employee benefit plans in effect from time to time, subject to the terms of such plans.

Benefits. During the Employment Term, Executive shall be entitled to participate in employee benefit plans or programs of Company, if any, to the extent that her position, tenure, salary, age, health and other qualifications make her eligible to participate, subject to the rules and regulations applicable thereto. Company reserves the right to cancel or change the benefit plans and programs it offers to its employees at any time.

Benefits. Executive shall be entitled to participate in such employee benefit plans and insurance offered by the Company to similarly situated employees of the Company subject to the eligibility requirements, restrictions, and limitations of any such plans or programs.
