Company. “Company” shall mean ​ Holdings, Inc.

Company. Saul Centers, Inc., a Maryland corporation, and any successor thereto.

Company. “Company” means The Sherwin-Williams Company, an Ohio corporation or its successor(s) in interest.

Company. Carpenter Technology Corporation and any successor or assignee to the business or assets which becomes bound by this Plan by reason of Article V.

Company. Anadarko Petroleum Corporation or its successor in interest.

Company. “Company” means Target Corporation, a Minnesota corporation, or any successor thereto.

Company. Virginia National Bankshares Corporation, a Virginia corporation.

Company. The Company shall be responsible for all functions assigned or reserved to it under the Plan and Trust Agreement.

Company and Related Company. For purposes of this Agreement, “Company” means Verizon Communications Inc. “Related Company” means # any corporation, partnership, joint venture, or other entity in which Verizon Communications Inc. holds a direct or indirect ownership or proprietary interest of 50 percent or more at any time during the term of this Agreement, or # any corporation, partnership, joint venture, or other entity in which Verizon Communications Inc. holds a direct or indirect ownership or other proprietary interest of less than 50 percent at any time during the term of this Agreement but which, in the discretion of the Committee, is treated as a Related Company for purposes of this Agreement.

Company Not an “Investment Company.” The Company is not required to register as an “investment company” under the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended.
