Defaulting Lender. If any Lender shall fail to make any payment required to be made by it pursuant to [Section 2.05(e), 2.06(a), 2.17(d) or 9.03(c)])])])], then the Administrative Agent may, in its discretion and notwithstanding any contrary provision hereof, # apply any amounts thereafter received by the Administrative Agent for the account of such Lender for the benefit of the Administrative Agent or the Issuing Banks to satisfy such Lender’s obligations under such Sections until all such unsatisfied obligations are fully paid, and/or # hold any such amounts in a segregated account as cash collateral for, and application to, any future funding obligations of such Lender under such Sections; in the case of each of [clauses (i) and (ii) above], in any order as determined by the Administrative Agent in its discretion.

If any Lender shall fail to make any payment required to be made by it pursuant to [Section 2.04(c), 2.05(d) or (e), 2.06(b), 2.17(d) or 9.03(c)])])])])])], then the Applicable Administrative Agent may, in its discretion (notwithstanding any contrary provision hereof), # apply any amounts thereafter received by the Applicable Administrative Agent for the account of such Lender to satisfy such Lender’s obligations under such Sections until all such unsatisfied obligations are fully paid and/or # hold any such amounts in a segregated account as cash collateral for, and application to, any future funding obligations of such Lender under any such Section, in the case of each of [clauses (i) and (ii) above], in any order as determined by the Applicable Administrative Agent in its discretion.

If any Lender shall fail to make any payment required to be made by it pursuant to [Section 2.04(c)], [Section 2.05(e)], [Section 2.05(f)], [Section 2.06(a)], [Section 2.06(b)], [Section 2.06(c)], [Section 2.18(d)] or [Section 9.03(c)], then the Administrative Agent may, in its discretion and in the order determined by the Administrative Agent (notwithstanding any contrary provision hereof), # apply any amounts thereafter received by the Administrative Agent for the account of such Lender to satisfy such Lender’s obligations under such Section until all such unsatisfied obligations are fully paid and/or # hold any such amounts in a segregated account as Cash Collateral for, and to be applied to, any future funding obligations of such Lender under any such Section.

If any Lender shall fail to make any payment required to be made by it pursuant to [Section 2.06(b), 2.18(d) or 12.03(c)])])], then the Administrative Agent may, in its discretion and notwithstanding any contrary provision hereof, # apply any amounts thereafter received by the Administrative Agent for the account of such Lender under this Agreement for the benefit of the Administrative Agent to satisfy such Lender’s obligations to it under such Section until all such unsatisfied obligations are fully paid, and/or # hold any such amounts in a segregated account as cash collateral for, and application to, any future funding obligations of such Lender under any such Section, in the case of each of [clauses (i) and (ii) above], in any order as determined by the Administrative Agent in its discretion.

If any Lender shall fail to make any payment required to be made by it pursuant to [Section 2.18(e), 2.18(f), 2.20(g), 2.20(h), 3.4(a) or 9.7]7]7]7]7]7], then the Administrative Agent may, in its discretion and notwithstanding any contrary provision hereof, # apply any amounts thereafter received by the Administrative Agent for the account of such Lender for the benefit of the Administrative Agent or the Issuing Lender to satisfy such Lender’s obligations to it under such Sections until all such unsatisfied obligations are fully paid, and/or # hold any such amounts in a segregated account as Cash Collateral for, and application to, any future funding obligations of such Lender under any such Section, in the case of each of [clauses (i) and (ii) above], in any order as determined by the Administrative Agent in its discretion.

If any Lender shall fail to make any payment required to be made by it pursuant to [Section 2.04(c), 2.05(d), 2.05(e), 2.06(b), 2.18(d) or 9.05(d)])])])])])], then the Administrative Agent may, in its discretion (notwithstanding any contrary provision hereof), # apply any amounts thereafter received by the Administrative Agent for the account of such Lender and for the benefit of the Administrative Agent, the Swingline Lender or the Issuing Bank to satisfy such Lender’s obligations to it under such Section until all such unsatisfied obligations are fully paid and/or # hold any such amounts in a segregated account over which the Administrative Agent shall have exclusive control as cash collateral for, and application to, any future funding obligations of such Lender under any such Section; in the case of each of [clauses (i) and (ii) above], in any order as determined by the Administrative Agent in its discretion.

If any Lender shall fail to make any payment required to be made by it pursuant to [Section 2.04(c), 2.05(a) or 2.16(d)])])], then the Administrative Agent may, in its discretion (notwithstanding any contrary provision hereof), apply any amounts thereafter received by the Administrative Agent for the account of such Lender to satisfy such Lender’s obligations under such Sections until all such unsatisfied obligations are fully paid.

If any Lender shall fail to make any payment required to be made by it hereunder to or for the account of the Administrative Agent or any Issuing Bank, then the Administrative Agent may, in its discretion (notwithstanding any contrary provision hereof), # apply any amounts thereafter received by the Administrative Agent for the account of such Lender to satisfy such Lender’s obligations in respect of such payment until all such unsatisfied obligations have been discharged or # hold any such amounts in a segregated account as cash collateral for, and application to, any future funding obligations of such Lender pursuant to [Sections 2.05(d), 2.05(f), 2.06(b), 2.18(c), 2.18(d) and 9.03(c)])])])])])], in each case in such order as shall be determined by the Administrative Agent in its discretion. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, any amounts paid by a Loan Party for the account of a Lender that are applied or held pursuant to this [Section 2.18(e)] shall be deemed paid by such Loan Party to such Lender.

If any Lender shall fail to make any payment required to be made by it pursuant to Section 2.04(c), 2.05(d) or (e), 2.06(b), 2.18(d) or 10.03(c))])])])], then the Administrative Agent may, in its discretion and notwithstanding any contrary provision hereof, # apply any amounts thereafter received by the Administrative Agent for the account of such Lender for the benefit of the Administrative Agent, the Swingline Lender or the Issuing Banks to satisfy such Lender’s obligations to it under such Sections until all such unsatisfied obligations are fully paid, and/or # hold any such amounts in a segregated account as cash collateral for, and application to, any future funding obligations of such Lender under any such Section, in the case of each of [clauses (i) and (ii) above], in any order as determined by the Administrative Agent in its discretion.

If any Lender shall fail to make any payment required to be made by it pursuant to ‎[Section 2.02(c)], ‎2.14(d) or ‎11.03(e), then the Administrative Agent may, in its discretion (notwithstanding any contrary provision hereof), apply any amounts thereafter received by the Administrative Agent for the account of such Lender to satisfy such Lender’s obligations under such Sections until all such unsatisfied obligations are fully paid.
