Identical Counterparts contract clause examples

Identical Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall for all purposes be deemed to be an original and all of which shall constitute the same instrument, but only one of which need be produced.

Counterparts. This Subscription Agreement may be executed in two or more identical counterparts,

Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in any identical counterparts, and all of which shall be construed together as a single instrument. Original signatures transmitted by facsimile or email will be effective to create counterparts.

This Agreement may be executed in several identical counterparts, and by the parties hereto on separate counterparts, and each counterpart, when so executed and delivered, shall constitute an original instrument, and all such separate counterparts shall constitute but one and the same instrument.

Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in one or more identical counterparts, all of which shall be considered one and the same instrument and shall become effective when one or more such counterparts shall have been executed by each of the parties and delivered to the other parties.

This Amendment Agreement may be executed and delivered in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be identical and all of which, taken together, shall constitute one and the same instrument, and each of the parties hereto may execute this Amendment Agreement by signing any such counterpart.

This Agreement may be executed in any number of identical original counterparts or facsimile counterparts, followed by ink-signed originals, each of which shall be deemed to be an original, and all of which shall collectively constitute a single agreement, fully binding and enforceable against the parties hereto.

Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in two or more identical counterparts, all of which shall be considered one and the same agreement and shall become effective when counterparts have been signed by each party and delivered to the other party; provided that a facsimile or pdf (or other electronic reproduction) signature shall be considered due execution and shall be binding upon the signatory thereto with the same force and effect as if the signature were an original, not a facsimile or pdf (or other electronic reproduction) signature.

Section # Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in identical counterparts, both which shall be considered one and the same agreement and shall become effective when counterparts have been signed by each party and delivered to the other party. Facsimile or other electronically scanned and delivered signatures (including any electronic signature covered by the U.S. federal ESIGN Act of 2000, Uniform Electronic Transactions Act, the Electronic Signatures and Records Act or other applicable law, e.g., www.docusign.com), including by e-mail attachment, shall be deemed to have been duly and validly delivered and be valid as originals and effective for all purposes of this Agreement.
