Housing. The Company shall continue to pay or reimburse Executive for reasonable monthly rental costs for renting Executive’s residence consistent with past practices. All amounts payable under this Section 3(f) shall be subject to Executive’s presentment to the Company of appropriate documentation and shall be subject to the limitations and procedures set forth in the Company’s relocation program as in effect from time to time.

Housing. Executive acknowledges that the primary business location for Executive’s employment will be Austin, Texas. As a result, Executive generally is expected to spend the majority of the average work-week in Austin at the company’s primary business location, unless he otherwise is traveling on behalf of the company to business meetings, association and customer meetings, and other business-related travel. During the Employment Term, the Company shall reimburse Executive for the reasonable cost of housing in the Austin, Texas, metropolitan area in an amount not to exceed $2,500.00 per month and as mutually agreed between Executive and the Company. Reimbursement or payment of an expense under this [Section 4(e)] will be made or reimbursed within 60 days of the Company’s receipt of the Executive’s request for payment or reimbursement, but in no event later than December 31 of the calendar year following the calendar year in which the expense was incurred.

Housing. The Bank will lease on the Executive’s behalf a residence which is reasonably suitable to the Executive within reasonable commuting distance of the Bank’s Atlanta, Georgia location, including any realtor brokerage costs and deposit requirements related to such housing.

Housing Allowance. The Bank will pay the reasonable costs and expenses of temporary housing for Executive in the [[Address A:Address]] metropolitan area for 60 days following the Effective Date. If on or before the first anniversary of the Effective Date Executive terminates his or her employment hereunder (other than for Good Reason) or the Bank terminates Executive’s employment for Cause, Executive must promptly repay the Bank in full for the amount of such temporary housing allowance actually paid or reimbursed by the Bank.

Housing Expenses. The Company will reimburse Employee for the following expenses in an aggregate amount of up to $3,065 USD per month: # rental of an apartment in an area within reasonable commuting distance to the Company’s Ottawa offices; and # to the extent not covered by the foregoing rental, the cost of utility services to the Employee’s apartment, including internet and cable TV service. If Employee elects housing which results in a cost in excess of this allowance, Employee will be responsible for paying such excess without reimbursement by the Company.

Temporary Housing. For a maximum period of two (2) years following the Executive’s relocation to Japan, he shall be eligible for a housing benefit at a maximum cost of 1,400,000 JPY per month, including costs for utilities such as heating and electricity. The final date for the housing benefit shall not be later than December 31, 2022. The rental lease shall be entered between the Company and the property owner. The Company will cover income taxes levied on the housing benefit.

Housing Allowance. The Company shall pay to the Executive an amount equal to $50,000, less required withholdings (the “Housing Allowance”). The Housing Allowance will be paid to the Executive in twenty-four (24) substantially equal installments pursuant to the Company’s regular payroll schedule over a period of one (1) year commencing on the Company’s first practicable payroll period following the Release Effective Date.

Temporary Housing Allowance. To assist Executive with Executive’s relocation to San Diego, the Company will provide Executive with a temporary housing allowance of $6,500 per month for 12 months, for a maximum of $78,000. The temporary housing allowance will be paid on the first pay period of each month after the Start Date, subject to Executive’s continued service through each such date, and is subject to all applicable withholding and payroll taxes. The temporary housing allowance payment will be grossed up to compensate for income taxes, which tax gross-up shall be paid in accordance with Treasury Regulation Section 1.409A-3(i)(1)(v). In the event that # Executive voluntarily terminates his employment with the Company without Good Reason (as defined in the Severance Plan) within thirty-six (36) months after the Start Date, or # the Company terminates Executive’s employment for Cause (as defined in the Severance Plan) within thirty-six (36) months after the Start Date, Executive agrees to repay the full amount of the temporary housing allowance (together with any related tax-gross up payment) actually paid to Executive within thirty (30) days after termination of Executive’s employment.

Travel and Housing. For a period of up to eighteen (18) months following the commencement date of your employment, Benefitfocus will provide for payment of your reasonable and necessary expenses associated with commuting to and from the Company’s primary office in Charleston, South Carolina. During such period the Company will also provide you with a private corporate apartment in Charleston.

“Housing Unit” means a single-family dwelling (where construction has commenced), whether detached or attached (including condominiums but excluding mobile homes), including the parcel of land on which such dwelling is located, that is or will be available for sale by the Borrower or a Guarantor. The construction of a Housing Unit shall be deemed to have commenced upon commencement of the trenching for the foundation of the Housing Unit. Each “Housing Unit” is either a Presold Unit, a Spec Unit or a Model Unit.
