Pursuant to the Original Agreement, Freddie Mac agreed with the Sponsor to exchange certain Certificates described below for certain tax-exempt multifamily housing revenue bonds owned by the Sponsor (the “Bonds”).

Freddie Mac has agreed with the Sponsor to exchange certain Certificates described below for various series of multifamily housing revenue bonds owned by the Sponsor, the interest on which is excludable from the gross income of certain holders for federal income tax purposes and which have been issued by various state and local governmental entities (as further identified on [Schedule A]-1, the “Bonds”).
