Holidays and Vacation. Executive shall receive 5 days of paid vacation per year, which cannot be taken in one increment, but which shall accrue if not used in any year, and be paid to Executive or carried forward to subsequent years consistent with Company policy. In addition to such paid vacation, Executive shall receive all paid Company holidays in accordance with Company policy.

Holidays and Vacation. CFO shall be eligible for paid holiday and vacation time in accordance with Company policy as in effect from time to time.

Holidays. Loggenberg will be entitled paid holidays each calendar year in accordance with normal ​ policy.

Holidays. Whenever payment of a Term Loan to be made or taken hereunder shall be due on a day that is not a Business Day such payment shall be due on the next Business Day (except as provided in [Section 2.3]) and such extension of time shall be included in computing interest and fees, except that the Term Loans shall be due on the Business Day preceding the Maturity Date if the Maturity Date is not a Business Day. Whenever any payment or action to be made or taken hereunder (other than payment of the Term Loans) shall be stated to be due on a day that is not a Business Day, such payment or action shall be made or taken on the next following Business Day, and such extension of time shall not be included in computing interest or fees, if any, in connection with such payment or action.

You will be eligible for our permissive vacation plan. In addition to vacation, you are eligible for (9) nine designated holidays and (5) five floating holidays.

As of your Start Date, you will receive 15 days of vacation for your first year of employment, 7 days of sick time per calendar year and a total of 12 holidays (8 fixed date holidays and 4 flexible date or “flex" holidays) per calendar year. Vacation, sick time and the flex holidays will be prorated if your start date is after January 1.

Your vacation payout, however, won’t include floating holidays.

#​ Corporation’s policies regarding vacation, holidays, and paid time off.

You will receive 20 vacation days each year, accrued monthly and paid holidays in accordance with the Company’s annual holiday schedule, with a vacation accrual cap of 1.75 times your annual vacation accrual.

Legal Holidays. If any day on which action under the Plan must be taken falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday, such action may be taken on the next succeeding day that is not a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday; provided, that this ​ shall not permit any action that must be taken in one calendar year to be taken in any subsequent calendar year.
