This Agreement shall bind the Parties’ respective heirs, successors, representatives and permitted assigns.

Effect. This Agreement will be binding in all respects on your heirs, representatives, successors and assigns, and on the successors and assigns of the Company.

Successors and Assigns. This Amendment shall be binding on and inure to the benefit of the parties and their heirs, beneficiaries, successors and permitted assigns.
