Hedge Agreements. The Parent Borrower will not, and will not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, enter into any Hedge Agreement, other than Hedge Agreements entered into in the ordinary course of business (and not for speculative purposes) with the good faith intention to hedge or mitigate risks to which the Parent Borrower or any Subsidiary is exposed in the conduct of its business or the management of its assets or liabilities.

Hedge Agreements . The Borrower will not, and will not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, enter into any Hedge Agreement, other than Hedge Agreements entered into in the ordinary course of business (and not for speculative purposes) with the good faith intention to hedge or mitigate risks to which the Borrower or any Subsidiary is exposed in the conduct of its business or the management of its assets or liabilities.

Hedging Agreements. The Borrower shall not, and shall cause its Subsidiaries not to, enter into any Hedging Agreement, except Hedging Agreements entered into in the Ordinary Course of Business to hedge or mitigate risks to which the Borrower has actual exposure in connection with fluctuations of commodity prices, currencies, or interest rates and not for any speculative purposes.

Hedging Agreements. Each Borrower will not, and will not permit any Restricted Subsidiary to, enter into any Hedging Agreements except # Hedge Agreements to hedge risks arising in the Ordinary Course of Business and not for speculative purposes and # Hedge Agreements entered into in order to effectively cap, collar or exchange interest rates (from floating to fixed rates, from one floating rate to another floating rate or otherwise) with respect to any interest-bearing liability or investment of the Borrowers or any Restricted Subsidiary.

Hedging Agreements. The Borrower shall not, and shall not permit its Subsidiaries to, enter into any Swap Contracts other than in the ordinary course of business for the purpose of directly mitigating risks to which the Borrower or its Subsidiaries are exposed in the conduct of their business and not for purposes of speculation.

SECTION # Hedge Agreements. Such Borrower will not, and will not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, enter into any Hedge Agreement, except # Hedge Agreements entered into to hedge or mitigate risks to which any Borrower or any Subsidiary has actual exposure, and # Hedge Agreements entered into in order to effectively cap, collar or exchange interest rates (from fixed to floating rates, from one floating rate to another floating rate or otherwise) with respect to any interest-bearing liability or investment of any Borrower or any Subsidiary.
