“Secured Hedge Agreement” means any Hedge Agreement that is entered into by and between any Loan Party and any Hedge Bank and designated in writing by the Hedge Bank and the ​ to the Administrative ​ as a “Secured Hedge Agreement.”

“Secured Hedge Agreement” means any Hedge AgreementSwap Contract permitted under [Section 9.3(f)] that is entered into by and between any Loan Party or any Restricted Subsidiary and any Hedge Bank and designated in writing by the Hedge Bank and the ​ to the Administrative _Agent:​ as a “Secured Hedge Agreement.”

“Secured Hedge Agreement” means any Hedge AgreementSwap Contract that is entered into by and between the Borrower or any Loan PartyRestricted Subsidiary and any Hedge BankApproved Counterparty and designated in writing by the Hedge Bank and the ​Borrower to the Administrative ​Agent as a “Secured Hedge Agreement.”Agreement” under this Agreement (which notice may designate all Swap Contracts under a specified Master Agreement as Secured Hedge Agreements).

“Secured Hedge Agreement” means any Hedge AgreementSwap Contract permitted under [Article VII] that is entered into by and between any Loan Party and any Hedge Bank andBank, except for any such Swap Contract designated in writing by the Hedge Bank and the ​Borrower in writing to the Administrative ​Agent as an “unsecured hedge agreement” as of the Closing Date or, if later, as of the time of becoming a “SecuredHedge Bank; provided that for the purposes of the Loan Documents in no circumstances shall any Excluded Swap Obligations constitute Obligations with respect to any Secured Hedge Agreement.”

“Secured Hedge Agreement” means any Hedge AgreementSwap Contract that is entered into by and between any Loan Party and any Hedge Bank and designated in writing by the Hedge Bank and the ​ to the Administrative ​ as a “Secured Hedge Agreement.”Bank.
