HEALTH INSURANCE. To the extent provided by the federal COBRA law or, if applicable, state insurance laws, and by the Company’s current group health insurance policies, you will be eligible to continue your group health insurance benefits at your own expense following the Separation Date. Later, you may be able to convert to an individual policy through the provider of the Company’s health insurance, if you wish. You will be provided with a separate notice describing your rights and obligations under COBRA.
Health Benefits. While you are employed by the Company, you and your eligible dependents will be permitted to participate in such medical, dental and other benefit plans, programs or arrangements established by the Company from time to time for similarly-situated executive employees, subject to the satisfaction of any eligibility requirements.
Employee shall be entitled during the term of this Agreement to participate in all health and dental insurance and group life insurance benefit plans providing benefits generally applicable to the employees of the Corporation as may be modified from time to time.
Employee shall be entitled during the term of this Agreement to participate in all health insurance and group life insurance benefit plans providing benefits generally applicable to the employees of Monmouth Real Estate Investment Corp. as may be modified from time to time.
The Executive shall be entitled to participate in regular employee fringe benefit programs to the extent such programs are offered by the Company to its executive employees, including, but not limited to, medical, hospitalization and disability insurance and life insurance that are substantially consistent with the programs of the Company in effect prior to the Commencement Date.
Such coverage shall commence no earlier than the Participant’s Termination Date. The Participant shall be charged the full cost of retiree coverage under these plans.
Health Care Benefits. Eligible Executives will be eligible for continued health care coverage under the Company’s health care plans for the applicable COBRA period. The required contribution by the Eligible Executive for such continued coverage will be the applicable employee rate, for the period shown in the following table, unless and until the Eligible Executive becomes eligible for coverage for a particular type of group health benefit through employment with another employer, at which time the required contribution for continuing such benefit coverage hereunder shall be the applicable COBRA rate for such benefit. The period of continued health care coverage provided for herein shall run concurrently with the Eligible Executive’s available COBRA coverage period.
Group Health Insurance Coverage. Employee’s group health insurance shall continue through the Separation Date. After such date, the Employee may elect to continue group health insurance at Employee’s own expense to the extent permitted by applicable law and in accordance with the group health insurance plan. Additional information about continuation coverage will be provided separately by the plan administrator.
COBRA Benefit - Upon termination as a Managerial Employee, if the Executive is entitled to the COBRA Benefit, shall pay the Executive’s monthly premium for the continuation of the Executive’s health insurance coverage under the COBRA immediately following the Executive’s termination, until the earlier of either: # six (6) months after the Employment Termination Date; or # such time as the Executive becomes eligible for alternative health insurance benefits, including health insurance benefits provided by another employer or the state or federal government of the United States.
Benefits. Employee’s health insurance benefits shall cease on the last day of the month in which Employee’s employment ends, subject to Employee’s right to continue Employee’s health insurance under the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1985, as amended. Employee’s participation in all benefits and incidents of employment, including without limitation (but excluding the Severance Benefits), vesting in equity awards, and the accrual of bonuses, vacation, and paid time off, ceased as of the Termination Date.
