English Language. This Agreement shall be written and executed in, and all other communications under or in connection with this Agreement shall be in, the English language. Any translation into any other language shall not be an official version thereof, and in the event of any conflict in interpretation between the English version and such translation, the English version shall control.

This Agreement is in the English language only, which language shall be controlling in all respects, and all versions hereof in any other language shall be for accommodation only and shall not be binding upon the Parties. All communications and notices to be made or given pursuant to this Agreement shall be in the English language.

This Agreement is made in, and shall be construed in accordance with, the English language. Any translation hereof is for reference only. If any inconsistency or conflict exists or occurs between the terms of this Agreement and such translation, the English-language version shall prevail.

This Agreement and the documentation to be supplied hereunder shall be in the English language.

This Agreement, together with the Exhibits hereto, shall be made and originals executed in the English language. In case of any difference in meaning between the English language original version and any translation thereof, the English language original version shall be applicable.
