GENDER; NUMBER PLURALITY. Unless the context otherwise requires, whenever used in this Agreement the singular shall include the plural, the plural shall include the singular, and the masculine gender shall include the neuter or feminine gender and vice versa.

For purposes of this Agreement, whenever the context requires: the singular number shall include the plural, and vice versa; the masculine gender shall include the feminine and neuter genders; the feminine gender shall include the masculine and neuter genders; and the neuter gender shall include the masculine and feminine genders.

Number and Gender. For purposes of this Agreement, the singular shall be deemed to include the plural and the neuter shall be deemed to include the masculine and feminine, and vice versa, as the context may require.

Number and Gender. Whenever the context requires, references in this Agreement to the singular number shall include the plural; the plural number shall include the singular; and words denoting gender shall include the masculine, feminine, and neuter.

Gender and Number. Whenever the context requires, the gender of all words used in this Agreement includes the masculine, feminine, and neuter, and the singular includes the plural, and the plural includes the singular.

Wherever the context so requires: the singular number shall include the plural; the plural shall include the singular; and the masculine gender shall include the feminine and neuter genders. This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts.

Where appropriate, the singular number set forth in this Agreement shall be interpreted as the plural number, and the gender shall be interpreted as masculine, feminine or neuter, as the context dictates.
