Hazardous Materials” means oil, flammable explosives, asbestos, urea formaldehyde insulation, polychlorinated biphenyls, radioactive materials, hazardous wastes, and toxic or hazardous substances, including, without limitation, any substances which are “hazardous substances,” “hazardous wastes,” “hazardous materials” or “toxic substances” under the Hazardous Materials Laws.

Hazardous Materials” means petroleum, petroleum hydrocarbons, or petroleum products, petroleum by-products, radioactive materials, medical waste, asbestos or asbestos-containing materials, pesticides, radon, urea formaldehyde, toxic mold, lead or lead-containing materials, polychlorinated biphenyls, and any other chemicals, materials, substances, or wastes in any amount or concentration that are included in the definition of “hazardous substances,” “hazardous materials,” “hazardous wastes,” “extremely hazardous wastes,” “restricted hazardous wastes,” “toxic substances,” “toxic pollutants,” “pollutants,” “regulated substances,” “solid wastes,” “contaminants,” or words of similar import or that are regulated under or for which liability would reasonably be expected to be imposed under any applicable Environmental Law.

Hazardous Materials” means all explosive or radioactive substances or wastes and all hazardous or toxic substances, wastes or other pollutants, including petroleum or petroleum distillates, asbestos or asbestos-containing materials, polychlorinated biphenyls, radon gas, infectious or medical wastes and all other substances or wastes of any nature regulated as hazardous or toxic pursuant to any Environmental Law.

Hazardous Substances” means: # any petroleum or petroleum products, radioactive materials, asbestos in any form, mold, mildew, urea formaldehyde foam insulation, transformers or other equipment that contain dielectric fluid containing regulated levels of polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) and radon gas; and # any chemicals, materials or substances which are now or ever have been defined as or included in the definition of “medical wastes,” “hazardous substances,” “hazardous wastes,” “hazardous materials,” “extremely hazardous wastes,” “restricted hazardous wastes,” “toxic substances,” “toxic pollutants,” or other words of similar import, under any Environmental Law.
