Hazardous Material Defined. As used herein, the term “Hazardous Material” means asbestos, oil or any hazardous, radioactive or toxic substance, material or waste or petroleum derivative which is or becomes regulated by any Environmental Law, including without limitation live organisms, viruses and fungi, medical waste and any so-called “biohazard” materials. The term “Hazardous Material” includes, without limitation, oil and/or any material or substance which is # designated as a “hazardous substance,” “hazardous material,” “oil,” “hazardous waste” or toxic substance under any Environmental Law.

Hazardous Materials” means any and all chemical, explosive, biohazardous, radioactive or otherwise toxic or hazardous materials or hazardous wastes, including without limitation any asbestos-containing materials, PCB’s, CFCs, petroleum and derivatives thereof, Radioactive Materials, Biohazardous Materials, Hazardous Wastes, any other substances defined or listed as or meeting the characteristics of a hazardous substance, hazardous material, Hazardous Waste, toxic substance, toxic waste, biohazardous material, biohazardous waste, biological waste, medical waste, radiation, radioactive substance, radioactive waste, or other similar term, as applicable, under any law, statute, ordinance, code, rule, regulation, directive, order, condition or other written requirement enacted, promulgated or issued by any public officer or governmental or quasi-governmental authority, whether now in force or hereafter in force at any time or from time to time to protect the environment or human health, and/or any mixed materials, substances or wastes containing more than one of the foregoing categories of materials, substances or wastes.

Hazardous Materials” means all substances, pollutants or wastes that are defined, listed or regulated under Environmental Law as “hazardous” or “toxic” or “pollutants” (or terms of similar intent or meaning[[Holdings:Organization]] including, but not limited to, explosive or radioactive substances, petroleum or petroleum distillates, asbestos or asbestos-containing materials, polychlorinated biphenyls, radon gas, and infectious or medical wastes.

Hazardous Materials” means: # any waste, gas, liquid, or other substance or material that is designated, listed or defined as a “hazardous substance,” “pollutant,” “contaminant,” “hazardous waste,” “regulated substance,” “hazardous chemical,” or “toxic chemical” (or by any similar term) under Environmental Law; and # any petroleum or petroleum-derived products, radon, radioactive materials or wastes, asbestos in any form, lead or lead-containing materials, urea formaldehyde foam insulation and polychlorinated biphenyls.

Hazardous Materials” means all explosive or radioactive substances or wastes and all hazardous or toxic substances, wastes or other pollutants, including petroleum or petroleum distillates, asbestos or asbestos-containing materials, polychlorinated biphenyls, radon gas, infectious or medical wastes and all other substances or wastes regulated as hazardous, toxic, contaminants, pollutants or words of similar meaning pursuant to any Environmental Law.

Hazardous Materials” means all explosive or radioactive substances or wastes and all hazardous or toxic substances, wastes or other pollutants, including petroleum or petroleum distillates, asbestos or asbestos‑containing materials, polychlorinated biphenyls, radon gas, infectious or medical wastes and all other substances or wastes of any nature regulated pursuant to any Environmental Law due to their hazardous, toxic, dangerous or deleterious characteristics.

Hazardous Material” means any material, substance or waste that is defined, listed or regulated as hazardous, toxic, a pollutant or a contaminant (or terms of similar regulatory intent and meaning) under applicable Environmental Laws or with respect to which liability or standards of conduct are imposed under any Environmental Laws (including, without limitation, petroleum or petroleum products (including crude oil and any fractions thereof), methane gas, polychlorinated biphenyls, asbestos, pesticides, produced saltwater, fracturing fluid and associated chemicals and radioactive substances).
