Hazardous Material Defined. As used herein, the term “Hazardous Material” means asbestos, oil or any hazardous, radioactive or toxic substance, material or waste or petroleum derivative which is or becomes regulated by any Environmental Law, including without limitation live organisms, viruses and fungi, medical waste and any so-called “biohazard” materials. The term “Hazardous Material” includes, without limitation, oil and/or any material or substance which is # designated as a “hazardous substance,” “hazardous material,” “oil,” “hazardous waste” or toxic substance under any Environmental Law.

Hazardous Material” means any explosive or radioactive substances or wastes, any hazardous or toxic substances, wastes or other pollutants, including petroleum or petroleum distillates, asbestos or asbestos containing materials, polychlorinated biphenyls, radon gas, infectious or medical wastes and any other substances or wastes of any nature regulated pursuant to any Environmental Law.

Hazardous Material” means: # any petroleum, petroleum products, petroleum by-products or breakdown products, radioactive materials, asbestos-containing materials or polychlorinated biphenyls; # any waste, chemical, material or substance defined or regulated as toxic or hazardous or as a pollutant or contaminant under any Environmental Law.

Hazardous Materials” means all substances, pollutants or wastes that are defined, listed or regulated under Environmental Law as “hazardous” or “toxic” or “pollutants” (or terms of similar intent or meaning) including, but not limited to, explosive or radioactive substances, petroleum or petroleum distillates, asbestos or asbestos-containing materials, polychlorinated biphenyls, radon gas, and infectious or medical wastes.

Hazardous Materials” means any substance, material, waste, pollutant, or contaminant listed or defined as hazardous, toxic or dangerous under any Environmental Laws, including asbestos, asbestos containing materials, polychlorinated, per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances, and petroleum, including crude oil or any fraction thereof, natural gas liquids, liquefied natural gas, or synthetic gas usable for fuel (or mixtures of natural gas and such synthetic gas) and explosives, flammables, or radioactive substances of any kind, and medical and or laboratory waste including animal carcasses or tissue.

Hazardous Material” means any substance, chemical, compound, product, solid, gas, liquid, waste, byproduct, pollutant, contaminant or material which is hazardous or toxic, and includes, without limitation, # asbestos, polychlorinated biphenyls and petroleum (including crude oil or any fraction thereof) and # any material classified or regulated as “hazardous” or “toxic” or words of like import pursuant to an Environmental Law.

Hazardous Material” means all or any of the following: # substances that are defined or listed in, or otherwise classified pursuant to, any Environmental Laws or regulations as “hazardous substances”, “hazardous materials”, “hazardous wastes”, “toxic substances” or any other formulation intended to define, list or classify substances by reason of deleterious properties such as ignitability, corrosivity, reactivity, carcinogenicity, or toxicity; # oil, petroleum or petroleum derived substances, natural gas, natural gas liquids or synthetic gas and drilling fluids, produced waters and other wastes associated with the exploration, development or production of crude oil, natural gas or geothermal resources; # any flammable substances or explosives or any radioactive materials; and # asbestos in any form or electrical equipment which contains any oil or dielectric fluid containing polychlorinated biphenyls.

Hazardous Material” means any substance, chemical, compound, product, solid, gas, liquid, waste, byproduct, pollutant, contaminant or material which is hazardous or toxic, and includes # asbestos, polychlorinated biphenyls and petroleum (including crude oil or any fraction thereof) and # any material classified or regulated as “hazardous” or “toxic” or words of like import pursuant to an Environmental Law.

Hazardous Material” means any substance, material or waste that is regulated by or forms the basis of liability now or hereafter under, any Environmental Law, including any material or substance that is (a) defined as a “solid waste,” “hazardous waste,” “hazardous material,” “hazardous substance,” “extremely hazardous waste,” “restricted hazardous waste,” “pollutant,” “contaminant,” “hazardous constituent,” “special waste,” “toxic substance” or other similar term or phrase under any Environmental Law, (b) petroleum or any fraction or by-product thereof, asbestos, polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), or any radioactive substance.

Hazardous Materials” means all substances, wastes or other pollutants identified as hazardous, harmful, deleterious or toxic or otherwise regulated as hazardous, harmful, deleterious or toxic pursuant to any Environmental Law, including petroleum or petroleum distillates, asbestos or asbestos-containing materials, polychlorinated biphenyls, radon gas, infectious or medical wastes.

Hazardous Material” means all explosive or radioactive substances or wastes and all hazardous or toxic substances or wastes or other pollutants, including petroleum or petroleum distillates, natural gas, natural gas liquids, asbestos or asbestos-containing materials, polychlorinated biphenyls, radon gas, toxic mold, infectious medical waste and all other substances, wastes, chemicals, pollutants, contaminants or compounds of any nature in any form that are defined or regulated as hazardous or toxic pursuant to any Environmental Law.
