Hazardous Material Defined. As used herein, the term “Hazardous Material” means asbestos, oil or any hazardous, radioactive or toxic substance, material or waste or petroleum derivative which is or becomes regulated by any Environmental Law, including without limitation live organisms, viruses and fungi, medical waste and any so-called “biohazard” materials. The term “Hazardous Material” includes, without limitation, oil and/or any material or substance which is # designated as a “hazardous substance,” “hazardous material,” “oil,” “hazardous waste” or toxic substance under any Environmental Law.

As used herein, the term “Hazardous Material” means asbestos, oil or any hazardous, radioactive or toxic substance, material or waste or petroleum derivative which is or becomes regulated by any Environmental Law, including without limitation live organisms, viruses and fungi, medical waste and any so-called “biohazard” materials, and any material on the right to know list of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. The term “Hazardous Material” includes, without limitation, oil and/or any material or substance which is # designated as a “hazardous substance,” “hazardous material,” “oil,” “hazardous waste” or toxic substance under any Environmental Law or # contains any component now or hereafter designated as such.

Hazardous Materials: Any substances or materials considered or defined as “hazardous”, “toxic”, “contaminant” or “pollutant” or words or phrases of similar import under any Environmental Law, including asbestos, oil or any hazardous, radioactive or toxic substance, material or waste or petroleum derivative which is or becomes regulated by any Environmental Law, including live organisms, viruses and fungi, medical waste and any so-called “biohazard” materials”; and any materials on the right to know list of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.

The term “Hazardous Materials” shall mean and include any oils, petroleum products, asbestos, radioactive, biological, medical or infectious wastes or materials, and any other toxic or hazardous wastes, materials and substances which are defined, determined or identified as such in any Environmental Laws, or in any judicial or administrative interpretation of Environmental Laws.

Hazardous Materials” means any waste, pollutant, hazardous substance, toxic substance, hazardous waste, special waste, regulated or defined as “hazardous,” “toxic” or words of similar import pursuant to any Environmental Law, including asbestos, asbestos containing material, petroleum or petroleum-derived substance or waste, radioactive materials and substances, urea formaldehyde and polychlorinated biphenyls or any constituent of any such substance or waste.

Hazardous Materials” means any material, substance or waste that is listed, regulated, or otherwise defined as hazardous, toxic, radioactive, a pollutant or a contaminant (or words of similar regulatory intent or meaning) under applicable Environmental Law, or which could give rise to liability under any Environmental Law, including, but not limited to, all explosive or radioactive substances or wastes, petroleum or petroleum distillates, asbestos or asbestos-containing materials, polychlorinated biphenyls, radon gas, infectious or medical wastes and pesticides.

Hazardous Material” means any substance regulated or as to which liability might arise under any applicable Environmental Law including: # any chemical, compound, material, product, byproduct, substance or waste defined as or included in the definition or meaning of “hazardous substance,” “hazardous material,” “hazardous waste,” “solid waste,” “toxic waste,” “extremely hazardous substance,” “toxic substance,” “contaminant,” “pollutant,” or words of similar meaning or import found in any applicable Environmental Law; # Hydrocarbons, petroleum products, petroleum substances, natural gas, oil, oil and gas waste, crude oil, and any components, fractions, or derivatives thereof; and # radioactive materials, explosives, asbestos or asbestos containing materials, polychlorinated biphenyls, radon, infectious or medical wastes.

Hazardous Material” means any substance, chemical, compound, product, solid, gas, liquid, waste, byproduct, pollutant, contaminant or material which is defined as hazardous, toxic or a pollutant under an Environmental Law, and includes, without limitation, # asbestos, polychlorinated biphenyls and petroleum (including crude oil or any fraction thereof) and # any material classified or regulated as “hazardous,” “toxic” or a “pollutant” or words of like import pursuant to an Environmental Law.

Hazardous Material” means any explosive or radioactive substances or wastes, any hazardous or toxic substances, wastes or other pollutants, including petroleum or petroleum distillates, asbestos or asbestos containing materials, polychlorinated biphenyls, radon gas, infectious or medical wastes and any other substances or wastes of any nature regulated pursuant to any Environmental Law.

Hazardous Material” means: # any petroleum, petroleum products, petroleum by-products or breakdown products, radioactive materials, asbestos-containing materials or polychlorinated biphenyls; # any waste, chemical, material or substance defined or regulated as toxic or hazardous or as a pollutant or contaminant under any Environmental Law.

Hazardous Materials” means all substances, pollutants or wastes that are defined, listed or regulated under Environmental Law as “hazardous” or “toxic” or “pollutants” (or terms of similar intent or meaning) including, but not limited to, explosive or radioactive substances, petroleum or petroleum distillates, asbestos or asbestos-containing materials, polychlorinated biphenyls, radon gas, and infectious or medical wastes.
