“Hazardous Substances” means any substance or material regulated or classified as a hazardous waste or hazardous substance under applicable Environmental Laws.

“Hazardous Materials” means any substance, material or waste defined or regulated in or under any Environmental Laws.

“Hazardous Materials” means any substances regulated under any Environmental Law, whether as pollutants, contaminants, or chemicals, or as industrial, toxic or hazardous substances or wastes, or otherwise.

“Hazardous Materials” means any material, substance or waste, or any constituent thereof, which is classified, defined, regulated or otherwise characterized as “hazardous”, or “toxic” or as a “pollutant” or “contaminant” pursuant to Environmental Laws.

Hazardous Substances means hazardous waste, hazardous substance, pollutant, contaminant, toxic substance, oil, hazardous material, chemical or other substance regulated by any Environmental Law.

“Hazardous Substances” shall mean hazardous or toxic substances or materials, hazardous wastes, pollutants or contaminants as said terms are defined by Environmental Laws or with respect to which liability or standards of conduct are imposed under any Environmental Laws, including, without limitation, petroleum or petroleum constituents, friable asbestos-containing material or polychlorinated biphenyls.

“Hazardous Substances” means any hazardous or toxic substances, materials or waste, whether solid, semisolid, liquid or gaseous, including asbestos, polychlorinated biphenyls, petroleum or petroleum by-products, radioactive materials, radon gas and any other material or substance which is defined as or included in the definition of a “hazardous substance”, “hazardous waste”, “toxic waste”, “hazardous material”, “toxic pollutant”, “contaminant”, “pollutant” or “toxic substance” or words of similar import, under any Environmental Law or that could result in the imposition of liability under any Environmental Laws.

“Hazardous Materials” means and includes any substance, material, waste, pollutant, or contaminant listed or defined as hazardous or toxic under any Environmental Requirements.

Hazardous Substance means any substance which is, or may be, hazardous, toxic, dangerous or polluting or which is regulated by any Environmental Law.

“Hazardous Substance” means any substance presently listed, defined, designated or classified as hazardous, toxic, radioactive, or dangerous, or otherwise regulated, under any Environmental Law. Hazardous Substance includes any substance to which exposure is regulated by any Governmental Body or any Environmental Law including any toxic waste, pollutant, contaminant, hazardous substance, toxic substance, hazardous waste, special waste, industrial substance or petroleum or any derivative or byproduct thereof, radon, radioactive material, asbestos, or asbestos containing material, urea formaldehyde, foam insulation or polychlorinated biphenyls.

“Hazardous Substances” shall mean any chemical, substance, waste, material, pollutant, or contaminant defined as or deemed hazardous or toxic or otherwise regulated under any Environmental Law, including oil and petroleum products or byproducts and any constituents thereof, urea formaldehyde insulation, asbestos, and polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs).
