As used herein, the term “Hazardous Material” means any toxic, explosive, corrosive, flammable, infectious, radioactive, carcinogenic, mutagenic or otherwise hazardous substance, material or waste that is or becomes regulated by Applicable Laws or any Governmental Authority.
“Hazardous Materials” means any hazardous or toxic chemicals, materials, substances or waste which is listed, classified or regulated by any Governmental Authority as “hazardous substances,” “hazardous wastes,” “hazardous materials,” “extremely hazardous wastes,” “restricted hazardous wastes,” “toxic substances,” “toxic wastes,” “contaminants” or “pollutants,” or words of similar import, under any Environmental Law, including petroleum or petroleum products (including gasoline, crude oil or any fraction thereof), asbestos or asbestos-containing materials, polychlorinated biphenyls, radon gas and urea formaldehyde.
“Hazardous Materials” means any material, chemical, emission or substance that has been designated by any Government Authority to be radioactive, toxic, hazardous, a pollutant, a contaminant, or otherwise a danger to human health or the environment.
Government or under any Hazardous Material Laws. The term “Hazardous Materials,” includes, without limitation, hazardous radioactive material, radioactive material, mixed waste, petroleum products, asbestos, PCB’s, and any material or substance which is # listed under Article 9, or defined as hazardous or extremely hazardous pursuant to Article 11 of Title 22, of the California Code of Regulations, Division 4, Chapter 20, # defined as a “hazardous waste” pursuant to Section 1004 of the federal Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, 42 U.S.C. 6901 et seq. (42 U.S.C. 6903), # defined as a “hazardous substance” pursuant to Section 101 of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act, 42 U.S.C. 9601 et seq. (42 U.S.C. 9601) or # regulated as a radioactive material under Title 17, Division 1, Chapter 5, Subchapter 4 of the California Code or Regulations and Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, part 20. As used herein, the term “Hazardous Material Laws” shall mean any statute, law, ordinance, or regulation of any governmental body or agency (including the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the California Regional Water Quality Control Board, the California Department of Public Health Radiologic Health Branch and the California Department of Toxic Substances Control) which regulates the use, storage, release or disposal of any Hazardous Material.
“Hazardous Materials” means all explosive or radioactive substances or wastes and all hazardous or toxic substances, wastes or other pollutants, including petroleum or petroleum distillates, asbestos or asbestos containing materials, polychlorinated biphenyls, radon gas, infectious or medical wastes and all other substances or wastes of any nature regulated pursuant to any laws, rules, regulations, codes, ordinances, orders, decrees, judgments, injunctions, notices or binding agreements issued, promulgated or entered into by any Governmental Authority, relating in any way to the environment, preservation or reclamation of natural resources, the management, release or threatened release of any Hazardous Material or to health and safety matters.
“Hazardous Materials” means any chemical, material, substance or waste, or any constituent thereof that is defined, listed or regulated as hazardous, toxic, a pollutant or a contaminant under applicable Environmental Law.
“Hazardous Materials” means any material, substance or waste that is listed, regulated, or otherwise defined as hazardous, toxic, radioactive, a pollutant or a contaminant (or words of similar regulatory intent or meaning) under applicable Environmental Law, or which could give rise to liability under any Environmental Law, including, but not limited to, all explosive or radioactive substances or wastes, petroleum or petroleum distillates, asbestos or asbestos-containing materials, polychlorinated biphenyls, radon gas, infectious or medical wastes and pesticides.
“Hazardous Materials” means all explosive or radioactive substances or wastes and all hazardous or toxic substances, wastes or other pollutants, including petroleum or petroleum distillates, asbestos or asbestos-containing materials, polychlorinated biphenyls, radon gas, infectious or medical wastes and all other substances or wastes of any nature regulated pursuant to any Environmental Law.
"Hazardous Materials" shall mean any flammable explosives, radioactive materials, hazardous wastes, toxic substances or related materials, including, without limitation, any substances defined as or included in the definition of "hazardous substances", hazardous wastes", hazardous materials", or "toxic substances", under any applicable federal or state laws or regulations, as now existing or hereafter amended.
