“Hazardous Materials” Defined. For purposes hereof, “Hazardous Materials” means “Hazardous Material,” “Hazardous Substance,” “Pollutant or Contaminant,” and “Petroleum” and “Natural Gas Liquids,” as those terms are defined or used in [Section 101] of CERCLA, and any other substances regulated because of their effect or potential effect on public health and the environment, including, without limitation, PCBs, lead paint, asbestos, urea formaldehyde, radioactive materials, putrescible materials, and infectious materials.

“Hazardous Materials” Defined. For purposes hereof, “Hazardous Materials” means “Hazardous Material,” “Hazardous Substance,” “Pollutantany material, substance or Contaminant,”waste that is listed, regulated, or otherwise defined as hazardous, toxic, radioactive, a pollutant or a contaminant (or words of similar regulatory intent or meaning) under applicable Environmental Law, or which could give rise to liability under any Environmental Law, including, but not limited to, all explosive or radioactive substances or wastes, petroleum or petroleum distillates, asbestos or asbestos-containing materials, polychlorinated biphenyls, radon gas, infectious or medical wastes and “Petroleum” and “Natural Gas Liquids,” as those terms are defined or used in [Section 101] of CERCLA, and any other substances regulated because of their effect or potential effect on public health and the environment, including, without limitation, PCBs, lead paint, asbestos, urea formaldehyde, radioactive materials, putrescible materials, and infectious materials.pesticides.

For purposes hereof, “Hazardous Materials” means “Hazardous Material,” “Hazardous Substance,” “Pollutantshall mean any substances, chemicals, or Contaminant,” and “Petroleum” and “Natural Gas Liquids,”wastes that are listed, regulated, or otherwise defined as those terms are definedhazardous, toxic, radioactive, a pollutant or useda contaminant (or words of similar regulatory intent or meaning), under any Environmental Laws, or which could give rise to liability under any Environmental Law, including but not limited to, polychlorinated biphenyls (“PCBs”) or any substance or compound containing PCBs, asbestos or any asbestos-containing materials in [Section 101] of CERCLA, andany form or condition, lead-based paint, pesticides, radon or any other radioactive materials including any source, special nuclear or by-product material, petroleum, petroleum by-products, crude oil or any fraction thereof, toxic mold, or per- or polyfluoroalkyl substances regulated because of their effect or potential effect on public health and the environment, including, without limitation, PCBs, lead paint, asbestos, urea formaldehyde, radioactive materials, putrescible materials, and infectious materials.(PFAS).

“Hazardous Materials” Defined.
