Subsidiary Guarantors. Prior to the Investment Grade Pricing Effective Date, each Subsidiary of the REIT, other than Excluded Subsidiaries, is a Subsidiary Guarantor. On and after the Investment Grade Pricing Effective Date, each Unencumbered Property Subsidiary (if any) that is a co-borrower or guarantor of, or otherwise is obligated in respect of, any Unsecured Indebtedness is a Subsidiary Guarantor.
