“Security Documents” means, collectively, the Guarantee and Security Agreement, all Uniform Commercial Code financing statements filed with respect to the security interests in personal property created pursuant to the Guarantee and Security Agreement and all other assignments, pledge agreements, security agreements, control agreements and other instruments executed and delivered on or after December 6, 2006 by any of the Obligors pursuant to the Guarantee and Security Agreement or otherwise providing or relating to any collateral security for any of the Secured Obligations under the Guarantee and Security Agreement.

“Security Documents” means, collectively, the Guarantee and Security Agreement and all other assignments, pledge agreements, security agreements, intercreditor agreements, control agreements and other instruments, in each case, executed and delivered at any time by any of the ​ pursuant to the Guarantee and Security Agreement or otherwise providing or relating to any collateral security for any of the Secured Obligations.

“Security Documents” shall mean, collectively, the Security Agreement, the Mortgages (if any), each Control Agreement, and each other security document or pledge agreement delivered in accordance with applicable local or foreign Legal Requirements to grant a valid, enforceable, perfected security interest (with the priority required under the Loan Documents) in any Property as collateral for the Secured Obligations, and all UCC or other financing statements or instruments of perfection required by this Agreement, the Security Agreement, any Mortgage, any Control Agreement or any other such security document or pledge agreement to be filed with respect to the security interests in Property created pursuant to the Security Agreement, any Mortgage, any Control Agreement and any other document or instrument utilized to pledge any Property as collateral for all (or any of) the Secured Obligations.

“Security Document” means each security agreement (including, without limitation, the Security Agreement) each pledge agreement, each intellectual property security agreement, each control agreement, each mortgage, each U.C.C. Financing Statement or similar filing filed in connection herewith or perfecting any interest created in any of the foregoing documents, and any other document pursuant to which any lien is granted by any Person to Lender, as security for the obligations under this Agreement or under the Promissory Note, or any part thereof, and each other agreement executed or provided to Lender in connection with any of the foregoing, as any of the foregoing may from time to time be amended, restated or otherwise modified or replaced.
