Guarantee. In accordance with [Section 6.11(i)(A)] of the Credit Agreement, each New Guarantor by its signature below becomes a Guarantor under the Credit Agreement with the same force and effect as if originally named therein as a Guarantor.

Pursuant to Section 6.12 of the Credit Agreement, the New Guarantor hereby agrees to become a “Guarantor” for all purposes of the Credit Agreement and other Loan Documents, with the same force and effect as if it had been a signatory to such Loan Documents on the execution dates of the Credit Agreement and other Loan Documents.

SECTION # In accordance with [Section 16] of the Guaranty Agreement, the New Guarantor by its signature below becomes a Guarantor under the Guaranty Agreement with the same force and effect as if originally named therein as a Guarantor and the New Guarantor hereby # agrees to all the terms and provisions of the Guaranty Agreement applicable to it as a Guarantor thereunder and # represents and warrants that the representations and warranties made by it as a Guarantor thereunder are true and correct in all material respects on and as of the date hereof. Each reference to a "Guarantor" in the Guaranty Agreement shall be deemed to include the New Guarantor. The Guaranty Agreement is hereby incorporated herein by reference.
