Non-guarantee of Employment. Nothing contained in this Plan shall be construed as a contract of employment between the Company and any Participant, or as a right of any Participant to be continued in employment of the Company, or as a limitation on the right of the Company to discharge any employee, with or without cause.

Non-Guarantee of Employment. Nothing contained in this Plan shall be construed as a contract of employment between an Employer and a Participant, or as a right of any Participant to be continued in the employment of his Employer, or as a limitation of the right of an Employer to discharge any Participant with or without Cause. Nor shall anything contained in this Plan affect the eligibility requirements under any other plans maintained by the Employer, nor give any person a right to coverage under any other Plan.

No Guarantee of Employment. Nothing contained in the Plan shall be construed as a contract of employment between the Employer and any Eligible Employee or Participant, as a right of any Eligible Employee or Participant to be continued in the employment of the Employer, or as a limitation of the right of the Employer to discharge any of its Employees.

Nonguarantee of Employment: Nothing contained in this Plan shall be construed as a contract of employment between the Company and any Participant, or as a right of any Participant to be continued in the employment of the Company, or as a limitation of the right of the Company or an Adopting Employer to discharge any Participant or Executive Officer, with or without cause.

6.1Non-Guarantee of Employment. Nothing contained in this Plan shall be construed as a contract of employment between an Employer and a Participant, or as a right of any Participant to be continued in the employment of his Employer, or as a limitation of the right of an Employer to discharge any Participant with or without Cause. Nor shall anything contained in this Plan affect the eligibility requirements under any other plans maintained by the Employer, nor give any person a right to coverage under any other Plan.

Nothing in this Plan shall be deemed by implication, action or otherwise to constitute a contract of employment, or otherwise to provide a Participant with any right of continued employment or impose any limitation on any right of the Company to terminate a Participant’s employment at any time.

Employment Not Guaranteed. Nothing in the Plan shall interfere with or limit in any way the right of the Company or any Subsidiary to terminate any Participant's Employment at any time, nor confer upon any Participant any right to continue in the employ of the Company or one of its Subsidiaries.

Nothing contained in this Plan constitutes an employment contract between the Company and the participants. The Plan does not give any participant any right to be retained in the Company’s employ, nor does it enlarge or diminish the Company’s right to end the participant’s employment or other relationship with the Company.

No Guarantee of Employment. Nothing contained in the Plan or this Agreement shall be construed or deemed by any person under any circumstances to bind the Company to grant the Employee any right to remain an Employee of the Company during the vesting period or otherwise.

Nothing contained in the Plan shall be construed as conferring upon any Participant the right to continue in the employ of the Company nor to limit the right of his or her employer to discharge at any time, with or without cause.
