Granting Clause. In consideration of the obligation of Tenant to pay rent as herein provided and in consideration of the other terms, covenants, and conditions hereof, Landlord leases to Tenant, and Tenant takes from Landlord, the Premises, to have and to hold for the Lease Term, subject to the terms, covenants and conditions of this Lease.

For and in consideration of the rental to be paid by Tenant and of the covenants and agreements herein set forth to be kept and performed by Tenant, Landlord hereby leases to Tenant and Tenant hereby leases from Landlord, the Leased Premises (as hereafter defined), at the rental and subject to and upon all of the terms, covenants and agreements hereinafter set forth.

For and in consideration of the Rent to be paid and the other covenants and agreements hereinafter to be kept and performed by the parties, Landlord does hereby lease unto Tenant, and Tenant does hereby lease from Landlord, the Leased Property for the Term, for use and operation therein and thereon for the Permitted Use.
