[Schedule 4.14] sets forth a true and complete list of all insurance maintained by the Borrower and its Subsidiaries as of the Closing Date. As of the Closing Date, such insurance is in full force and effect and all premiums have been duly paid to the extent due.

SECTION # Insurance. [Schedule 3.19] sets forth a true, complete and correct description of all material insurance maintained by or on behalf of any Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary as of the Closing Date. As of such date, such insurance is in full force and effect.

Schedule # sets forth a true, complete and correct description of all insurance policies maintained by the Loan Parties as of the Closing Date. Each such insurance policy is in full force and effect and all premiums have been duly paid. The Loan Parties and Subsidiaries have insurance in such amounts and covering such risks and liabilities as are in accordance with normal industry practice.

Insurance. [Schedule IV] sets forth a true and complete listing of the material insurance policies maintained by Borrower and its Subsidiaries as of the Effective Date, with the amounts insured (and any deductibles) set forth therein.

Schedule # sets forth a true, complete and correct description of all material insurance maintained by or on behalf of Holdings, the Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries as of the Closing Date. As of such date, such insurance is in full force and effect. The Borrower believes that the insurance maintained by or on behalf of it and its Restricted Subsidiaries is adequate.
